We in Jamaica get nervous when we hear that a tropical depression is headed our way. We are never truly prepared. No dry ice in our refrigerator. Not enough tinned goods...generally worried about the country's reserves to bounce back after collateral damage.

It is also the weekend for the SAT exam. It is obvious that students are scared. A few are prepared..but many are hoping that the inclement weather will delay the sitting of the exam. We keep our ears to the ground.

This Sunday is our Parents Meeting. We may have need to take a rain check.....but we watch and see.
Most important...be safe.
