Hello! Your Seniors can Apply now for a chance to attend an Open House at Simmons College in Boston -- all expenses paid! The Simmons Express Bus Trip is possible in collaboration with the President’s Diversity & Inclusion Council. The purpose of the grant is to provide one hundred multicultural high school seniors from Connecticut, New York City, Westchester County, Long Island, and Northern New Jersey the opportunity to visit and apply to Simmons with all travel and application fees paid for. We invite you to share this wonderful opportunity with your students. At the Open House, students will spend the day learning about the admission and financial aid process and what it’s like to be a Simmons student.

• Meet current students, faculty, and coaches, along with other prospective students considering Simmons.

• Get questions answered by admission and financial aid experts.

• Learn about academics, athletics, student life, and all the resources that enhance the student experience.

• Tour campus and get a feel for Simmons and the student body while school is in full swing.

Once students fill out the initial application, they will receive a confirmation email with the remainder of the application requirements. To complete an application, students will need to provide all necessary documents to our office by Monday, September 5 for theSeptember 27 Open House, or Wednesday, October 1for the November 2 Open House. We are also seeking 10 counselors to volunteer as chaperones for the bus trip (5 chaperones for each date). This is a great opportunity for you to visit our campus and learn the benefits of a Simmons education with all travel expenses paid.
